We are a family owned and operated business located in Temora, a country town located in NSW Australia.
Smiths BBQs would not be as successful as it is today without the support and help from his two daughters, Kayley and Sammie Smith and also his parents Des and Shirley Smith. We are a true family business.
The Smith’s Story
On the 1st of July, 2000, John Smith started the Australian company, Smiths Cooking Systems Pty Ltd.
Like most Aussies, John and his daughters Kayley and Sammie are passionate bbq-ers at home.
Smith’s Cooking Systems is an Australian design and manufacturing company that has made high-quality stainless steel and metal products for some of the leading European and Japanese Appliance/bbq brands for the Australian and New Zealand markets. Having manufactured over 100,000 products, we certainly have earnt the trust from our customers and many Australians.
Smith’s Cooking Systems is the owner of several Patents and Registered Designs, leading with Innovation.

Our Smiths Smart BBQ concept design was the start of a NEW direction for Smiths Cooking Systems, entering the BBQ, Grill and Alfresco market.
